We have had reports from users of BEAR DataShare that the Client (software) is failing to sync on both Mac and Windows machines. The problem is resolved by upgrading to the latest version of the Client. We would therefore recommend everyone using the BEAR DataShare Client upgrades to the newest version (v11.7.754). You can check which version you are using by going to the Client window and clicking on ‘Preferences’ then navigate to the ‘General’ tab where the version number should be at the bottom.
