We are aware of an issue affecting a limited number of Banner and RAS users.
The issue appears to be contained to those accessing those systems with old versions of Java.
If you think you are affected by this issue, please see if you can update your version of Java (32 bit) through My Applicatons/Software Centre (https://kb.bham.ac.uk/KB11882).
